The desktop interface presents hospital information and access to the appointment journey. Visit the hospital website to see its current content.

The workflow and its boundaries

  1. A visitor finds relevant hospital information.
  2. An assistant helps navigate approved administrative material.
  3. An appointment request reaches the designated workflow.
  4. Hospital staff remain responsible for availability, confirmation and care decisions.
  5. Operational exceptions require an agreed staff owner and support process.

A website assistant does not replace clinical advice, diagnosis or emergency care. The client controls approved hospital content and operational responsibilities.

How to evaluate the workflow

A useful operational review tracks where requests arrive, who reviews them and how each request reaches confirmation or resolution. Compare equivalent periods and record the conditions before attributing an improvement to the website.

Track requested, confirmed, attended and cancelled appointments separately. This page describes the implementation scope and interface; it does not publish a measured business-outcome study.
